RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Fitness Recovery Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 
purchase. Here's how our returns work:

30-Day Returns:
All unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a 
full refund (minus return shipping).

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or 
exchanged, including:
- Eye massagers, foot massagers, and personal care devices
- Any product that has been used or opened
- Products without original packaging

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll replace it at no cost. 
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

How to Return:
1. Email us at support@fitnessrecoverystudio.com with your order number
2. We'll provide return instructions
3. Ship the product back in original packaging
4. Refund issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Shipping:
Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for defective items (we cover 
return shipping for defects).
